He really knew how to target the right pressure points to ease the pain and speed up recovery. I also learned some great activation techniques to help with my MCL injury. Had an excellent first session with Paulo, and I've already booked my next.
Availed of their 6-in-1 massage; I sought help to relieve tightness in my calves which was beginning to affect my squat performance, and I came away from the session feeling great (ie. super beat down from the massage but in a good way)
